Important Information for Incoming 5th Year Students
📚 Free Schoolbook Collection
Incoming 5th Year students can collect their schoolbooks on 19th and 20th August 2026 between 9.00am and 3.00pm. Stationery will be available when students return to school in August.
💳 Student Support Services Fee (2026–2028)
The Student Support Services Fee for Senior Cycle is €200, covering both 5th and 6th Year. A €50 refund will be issued upon the return of textbooks after the Leaving Certificate examinations in 2028.
The Student Support Services Fee covers:
- Locker
- VS App
- Athena Tracker
- Pupil Insurance (2 years)
- Mock Examinations
- Career Guidance Trips
- Curricular Trips
- School Games and Match Transport
📱 Senior Cycle iPads
Students should continue to use their existing school iPad for Senior Cycle. Students are not expected to purchase a new device unless replacing an existing one.

Friday 28 August
5th Year
- 8.30am – 12.00 noon
- Remain in the yard at 8.30am to meet tutors and House Leader
6th Year
- 8.30am – 10.45am
- Proceed to base rooms to meet tutors
Tuesday 1 September
Full classes commence for all students.
