As part of the ongoing introduction of Senior Cycle Redevelopment, students in a number of subjects will complete Additional Assessment Components (AACs). These assessments form part of students' final SEC grades and allow them to demonstrate skills such as research, investigation, analysis, problem-solving and communication throughout their learning journey.
Key AAC deadlines are approaching in Biology, Business, Chemistry and Physics over the coming months. Regular attendance, active participation in class and meeting submission deadlines are essential, as AACs contribute directly to students' final grades.
