Ballymakenny College intends on offering a European trip next Easter 2026 for our 2nd year, Teach Fhionn students.
It is a trip that we believe will be of great value to our students. As well as deepening friendships, it also creates a sense of community amongst the children. We have run successful trips since 2015 and the feedback from students and parents has always been positive.
We will be travelling with School Tour Company. We have used this company in the past and feel that they tailor our requirements to provide a good value tour for our students.
Parents/Guardians should familiarise themselves with the School Trip Policy of Ballymakenny College available on our website.
For our European trip, we intend to travel to Lake Garda, Italy, which is both culturally and educationally enriching.
Accomodation provided on a school tour such as this is typically shared accomodation.
Approximate dates of travel will be at Easter. The dates are not finalised as the airlines have not released the flights at this time. Easter Holidays will be between Friday 27th March - Sunday 12th April 2026.
