- Enrolment opens – Wednesday 1st May 2019 at 9:30am.
- Enrolment Closes – Thursday 17th October 2019 at 4pm.
- Letter of Offer – by Friday 24th October 2019.
- Acceptance in Writing on Acceptance Form – Friday 8th November 2019 at 12 noon.
- Assessment (Standardised Testing)– January 2020.

All applications for enrolment in the ASD Special Class will be considered within the context of the school's individual Enrolment Policies for each corresponding year and the Transfer/Repeat Policy. Every student must apply for admission to Ballymakenny College in the normal manner as outlined in the school’s enrolment policy respective to the year they are enrolling.
