The State Examinations Commission Candidate Self Service Portal:

The State Examinations Commission's (SEC) Candidate Self Service Portal (CSSP) will reopen on Tuesday 27th April until Friday 30th April to enable candidates to review and finalise the choices they have made for all subjects.

  • This is the final time the portal will open so it is important that all students check they have selected the correct options.
  • Candidates must check they have selected whether they intend to sit the examinations, receive Accredited Grades, or both.
  • Candidates must check and confirm their levels are correct. The reopening of the candidate portal is the final opportunity for candidates to indicate the level at which the Accredited Grade will be rewarded. After the portal closes, it will no longer be possible to change these levels for the Accredited Grade result.
  • Candidates need to consider their choice of level in each subject very carefully - if a candidate selects a level higher than that in which they have been studying they may receive an estimated mark lower than that which they were expecting from their school.
  • Candidates who are sitting the examinations can change the level of their exam on the day of the examination.

  • Students who are sitting examinations must complete all relevant coursework/practical work/oral examinations etc. before sitting the State Exam.
  • If a candidate has not register and/or confirmed their choices on the portal, they must do so now when this portal is open.

If your son/daughter has any issues or questions, they can contact Shauna Matthews.
